Ouch; sounds like you're having a tough time, yet you do not seem to be the only one in the same predicament, i've seen Trimatic with the same problem in another post, and another player whom I cannot name. The gear seems to be taken away due to the last disconnect, some people had gear disappearing, all you can do is wait.
