using dispel magic while not flagged?

Ok i keep hearing ppl argue about this and i'd like to know the rules...if someone uses Dispel on a opposing faction while in their own city is that considered wrong or bannhammer worthy

Its just wrong... If done multiple times and they are fully aware of the bug.. it should be banable imo

ok so how do people feel about this compared to cross faction healing..

i think cross faction healing really sucks. I mean if you have a great healer that is healing a team you are fighting and you cannot stop them from healing..... What are you supposed to do? I don't think it is fair to be involved in pvp when you cannot be attacked by others who are pvp'ing. I hear people say that you should log a healer from horde and do what they do... I don't play horde and I definately would not stoop to those levels to win. IMO I think it should not be allowed.

Cross faction healing is OK in raids when you have both horde and allies in the party, but it should not be used in PVP unless you are in an arena where the healer will be flagged for combat

to clear up the issue of xfaction healers not being attackable...a soon as they heal a member of an opposite faction they become flagged for pvp. So isntead of calling them a F**** NOOB, or such, the list continues. log the opposite faction and corpse camp them. simple.

Also i believe there is something in the rules stating that if you use a spell/ability that is bugged and doesnt flag you for pvp when used agasint the opposite faction it is considered on the same as wall casting and such...a BUG, so using it knowingly can be bannable.

Yes, but becoming flagged for PvP doesn't mean ally's can attack the other ally healer.

Hence my suggestion at the end of the sentence...log a horde toon (if healer is alliance) or an alliance toon (if the healer is horde) and corpse camp said healer

To answer: screenshot anybody abusing dispel magic in that way and post it in the "banned players" sub-forum. Not sure whether it's allowed or not. (I wouldn't use the word "legal" or "illegal" ever unless it pertained strictly to law.)

lol I have like 65 tokens left (25 more which I haven't received yet and need to receive from a long time ago) so I wouldn't care if some of my WaMMO buffs were dispelled.
If I have 300+ bonus spell damage for a 1v1 event you can kiss your ass goodbye.

I don't play on the server at all except for dueling, which is still fun, even though it's true that the large-guild domination in guru is extremely frustrating. I will concede the point that, statistically speaking, it is impossible to have a true free for all battle.

True but i think that this post is mainly because people were pvping in front of darn and having an ally heal them. I persoaly see nothing wrong with its hilarious to see how bad the allies truly are when they cant kill you because you have 1 healer. I think too many people have QQd about it when it isnt that big of a deal.
