To set one up like this -

Reported Characters Name:

Then you right the problem here. Be specific so the GM can understand
your statement about the issue or problem your having.

__________________________________________________ ___________
Then your done, please wait patiently as Gm will receive your ticket
and look over the information you have gave them. Then they will take the necessary
action for the penalty that has been committed or resolve the issue your character
has encountered.

Please re frame from cussing,donor bashing,Gm/Bm bashing
because these will not be over looked an may penalize yourself for ban/mute.

Also use (English) when submitting your ticket

alot of you already know this information
but alot ignore it and if you follow my guidelines.I promise your tickets
will get better response times and better responses.

OMFG! there are ppl that know howto open a ticket :D
also dont forget the ticket mod that some of us use cuts off the first letter of the ticket so dont put a name of a hacker as the first thing in the ticket or just put a - or something infront first.

please stick to that idea and stay way up there where you are and away from sussex

Same goes to you, I'd class sussex as a nice place but it's a southern area, Walls in North, South, East and West Yorkshire arent covered in graffiti, and there isnt a murder inquiry evrey half an hour.
