well there's a shortcut of wow in your desktop, if not go to start menu and go to it...
then right-click, go to properties...then click find target...you'll be in your wow folder then... just open the realmlist.wtf with a notepad and edit it...

Your realmlist is at your World of Warcraft folder which usually is at...
My computer / C: / program files / World of Warcraft in your WoW folder... there is a file with name realmlist.wtf you have to open it with notepad and delete the informations inside and write SET REALMLIST WARCRAFTMMO.COM save the changes and that's it  Delete cache folder which is at your WoW folder and try to log in game via WoW.exe, not Launcher. Good luck
