To join a private server you first need to register with the server, same as retail.
For this site when you first type in warcraftmmo.com as the url you come to a screen that asks if you accept the terms of use and such...accept that.(Bonus points if you read it) Next Click on the "Register" link on the left side of the page. Choose your user name and password and click create account. Next open your World of Warcraft folder and change your realmlist to "set realmlist warcraftmmo.com". It will take about 5-10 minutes for your account to become active at which point you can log into the game. It is also highly recommend that you delete your cache folder before logging into the game as well. just simply right click and delete. This will help you avoid some of the more common bugs.
