hey
hi, i'm new here..
i have an paying account to WOW but i wanted to try some fun leveling so i ended up here  but i can't seem to connect when i'm at the screen to put in my username and password  can someone help,, 'cause i can't find the right information on this forum .. greetz Peanutss

Hi and welcome to the forum mate, you will soon realise private servers are alot more fun than retail, i played 3 years of it and should of givin that up ages ago anyway ill talk you through.
1) Basically you need to make an account which you can do on the left hand side of this site 2) I presume as you have been playing retail you are on 2.4.1 patch, im not sure if there is a 2.4.2 patch in retail if there is then you may well have to back patch Try this link!!!, you will need 2.4.1 to play on 90% of private server at this moment 3) Open up your wow folder and locate the realmlist.wtf you can do this with notepad and all that should be in there is: SET REALMLIST WARCRAFTMMO.COM And thats bascially it Hope that helps you

before you back patch try using 2.4.2 if your on that, might save the hassle, but it will be worth it, and if you do need to patch up and find the blizzard downloader slow i find it faster to use patch mirrors which you can find HERE!

What kind of error do you get? Or is it stuck at connecting?

i double checked every setting i neede to take,, but i forgot that when i play in class i need to run a little program (your freedom && sockscap), so i can play WoW on port 80 (from http), cause all other ports are blocked,, but thx anyway
 just 1 last question, where can i view some stats from the servers? like at which rate you lvl, lvl cap and so .. greetz Peanutss =)

there are 2 servers, one is the fun server which is instant lvl 80, the other (shadowburn) is a 20x XP rate which is max level 70
