Hi there, I haven't played WoW in over a year and a half, so I do not even remotely have any patches that have been released within the past year. I don't even have the Burning Crusade. I was wondering without wandering around aimlessly for hours trying to find answers, could someone just let me know which server/patch If it exists would be needed to play on any of these servers. I have tried numerous other sites looking for old school playing without the burning crusade and have come up completely empty. When I found this place said non burning crusade. Any advice? Any Recommendations? Oh and by the way I haven't even reinstalled WoW yet, so I have a clean slate to work with here. Looking forward to some hopefully helpful information.

Ok, well this retard finally figured it out and get it up and running with out any help, talk about a little hum dinger of pride laugh. Anyways was just wondering, I started off as a night elf and then well lets try gnome, ended up in stormwind and I see there a quest dude handing out quest things, very nice, also some nice mobs there, Does this server require you to level at same rate as Bliz servers, I mean I read about the donating and stuff, but im poor folk, hence looked for a free server pre BC(although am saving up for BC), any one care to give a newb (haven't played in over a year and a half) a little hint on if there is any tricks or any commands on this server that are different than normal? First off hello and welcome. Glad to hear you found your answers on the forum. I can't say I know much about the old school server, as I play on the BC mid-rate server myself, but I just set up an account on it myself yesterday. I think the leveling rate is x10 but don't quote me on that. Let's just say it took me 5 hours to get from lv 1 to 30 on my human warrior Boa. As for your other questions with any luck one of the old school vets will enlighten us a bit here. Hope to see you around feel free to /w me in game. I tend to just grind for something to do.

Thanks, hope to see you around as well. I had so much fun playing even if it was by myself last night, that I think I might scrounge up a few bucks to donate to the chap who runs it for his troubles.
