What side (and class) should I choose?

Hello, everyone.

I'm new to WarcraftMMO. When I played WoW some months ago, I was a Blood elf paladin. I was raiding with him (Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair and the beginning of Serpent Shrine Cavern). I didn't enjoy healing, but I know how to (my whole raiding career was being a healer).

I eventually was tired of healing and quit WoW. Now I want to play again, and I want to try something different, but I might start playing a paladin again (just not as a healer).

I'm just wondering which side I should choose.

Horde or Alliance?

Which side could use some Paladin Imbaness, and is any of the sides in need of any particular class (if I want to try something other than Paladin, I could as well roll a class that is needed)?

When asking these questions I'm thinking of the raiding and grouping part.

First off welcome to the server, I personally play alliance so I say play Alliance lol. Also there is no class that we couldn't use more of right now.

Welcome to the server! It's a pretty enjoyable community, most of the time. But what server is without conflict we are all human after all.

After 2 1/2 years as a raiding resto druid, Wow became boring to me so much so I sold my account and stopped playing all together.

I got the bug to play again after my husband setup a private server on our little linux box for us and a couple of friends to play on. After playing around on that for a while I thought I'd try the public servers out there. After many failed attempts to find a place I felt comfortable in I settled here on mmo.

I don't even have a druid on the server. I have a warrior as a main and love doing all out dps. Wouldn't even mind tanking once I have the gear to back it up.

My point being you should choose what ever char/faction you want as long as you enjoy it. No one here should tell you how to spec or play it's totally up to you. Just have fun! It is after all a game and the whole point of being here. Most of the raids are cross faction anyway.

Alliance:
Boadicea/Human warrior
Mist/Human rogue
Ouna/Draenei priest
Peanut/Gnome warlock

Hord:
Alizarin/Blood Elf paladin

I think I'll roll an Alliance, then. Since last time my friends begged me to play Horde.

Welcome to Wammo pall, Hmm i suggest Warrior because it is the only overpowered class i ever played on priv servers, alliance needs healer
make a priest lol
