Wex and Nexus attitude towards players

really dont like this kind of pvp when Alliance is losing and they log into horde healers to help alliance ..and this is not fair to us ..we cant kill those healers..and wex and nexus play very cheap ..no offence to those other gm staff but they are abusing their powers because they think they have the right to do everything but every person is the same..no human being is higher then another. i would like to hear your comments wex and nexus.

We never said we had the right to do whatever we wanted. I'm sorry if some of us play both Horde and Alliance. You're making it out like we're abusing our BM/GM powers and we're not. Both Wex and Nexuus are legits, their gear was donated for or geared out due to GM privileges. You say you can't kill us but you seemed to have forgotten how many other allies were there. If you don't like the way some of us PvP then stop PvP'ing, or level up an alliance character.

Don't try dragging our BM/GM status into this, it had nothing to do with it and you're trying to make us look bad.

I understand that this has nothing to do with GM and BM status. In fact, I don't even think any action should be taken for this instance; but I will show in this post that cross-faction aid is a problem and will become worse if not dealt with. I would like players of this server to think on this. I think Wez misunderstood what Jenova meant by "unable to kill"- Jenova, herself, was literally unable to take any action against Wex or Nexuus.

PvP mechanics basically revolve around a faction versus faction approach. Other than in controlled situations such as duels, arena, and GM-held PvP events in FFA areas, there is no way for a member of a faction to take PVP action against a fellow member. When donators use the partying system outside of controlled environments for PVP, this creates a rather unbalancing situation. First, a hypothetical question: in PVP, do you neutralize the healer or the DPS first? If the healer is able to keep the DPS alive, the only option is to neutralize the healer, then deal with the DPS. The horde, in this case, is entirely unable to follow that line, and therefore hits a very frustrating brick wall. They now have 2 (unfun) options- leave the PVP entirely, or to take a different side in the PVP to kill the traitors to their faction. Since many players like to stick to one faction as a matter of preference, they are loathe to leave the battle to "help the other team."

Think of it this way; treason in many countries is punishable by the death penalty; isn't healing the other faction the same thing? We have no effective way to bring treasonous characters to justice in WaMMO; perhaps some administrative directive would be helpful in solving the problem of cross-faction aid in PVP.

exactly....and yea i think anyone with GM/BM status should not get into PVP battle situations...cuz people always QQ about somthing if they know a GM/BM just beat them...its easier on everyone that way....
also i would like to add that GM/BM's should not speak to players the way that Wex does....they are supposed to be there for customer support and to answer tickets...not to call players noobs, and belittle them.....

Ah, I don't agree with you there, Kapone. Most BMs and GMs start off on the server as regular players and definitely enjoy just *playing* sometimes, whether in instances or PvP. I would hate to lose the company of these players to an oblivion of GMship.

But the question remains about cross-faction PvP aid- where do the heads of the server stand on this issue?

I'll stand behind what I did. With such overwhelming odds it was only common sense to try and even it out some. Nexuus even called it cheap, and I agree it is cheap. But like I said, we were evening out the odds. Call me a traitor, or whatever you like.
