Are the tier 7 sets back back open for business?

Are the tier 7 sets back open for business? I have been wondering if people can donate for these sets again, after seeing Kira, a gnome rogue, newly equipped with the Shadowstalker set. Kira, an active participant in PvP and PvE, is allowed to obtain a set that is not available to any other player anymore. While I understand that GMs are allowed to deck a main character out, I was under the impression that the tier 7 set was legacy and that no more would be distributed. They are extremely overpowered as it is, and every new set released to the game changes the balance of power, especially if they are only available to a select few.

To make it worse, Kira has been evasive when questioned about when he got the set, as well as saying that he stole it, etc.




So, are these sets still available for all players? Are GMs now allowed to make legit characters and equip them with legendaries? Is Kira a special case?

Concerned players would like to know.

I was also wondering about this...I didn't think nexus had Kira long enough to have had t7...I thought he made it recently o.O, I also have never seen him in it, even when we raided...he had t6 or 5, but not 7..and...If i had t7, i'd be wearing it all the time =D

All GMs were given the right to equip one legit character on their legit accounts with ONE t7 set as a thank you from Arsenik and I for all the hard work they've done lately.
