Raids/Levelling/Vendors

Hey guys, I'm new to the server, yet to create a player account.

I checked out the number of players on the server, and it looked pretty minute. I was wondering do you guys raid alot? Because raiding was quite fun in previous servers.

Another thing I was wondering if you had epic/tier vendors, I'm not quite into them as I would prefer to raid for the gear.

If anybody could answer these questions it would be greatly appreciated.

Generally people raid a lot, the raids tend get "scaled down" per se, because of bugged boss abilities, etc..

And the only "tier" vendors there are are the legitimate ones, which require the turn-ins of looted items.

We have a low player database, because in most of the places in the states, school just started today, and most of the people who play here ARE in their teens still, and are getting aquainted with school, hangin out with old friends, hangin out with new friends, and ect =)...usually we're around 80-100...give us a bit to recuperate from the start of school =D.

We usually have one BT or Hyjal raid going on at any time, but again, as i said, we lost a large portion of our teen base due to school, for a little while untill they're settled back into school, and into the habbit of waking up early =D.

We have no custom vendors, aside from custom regeant vendors, which sell regeants for any profession, so you can get profs like enchanting, and blacksmithing up w/o farming for essences and dusts, and ores for hours on end just for a few levels =). We also have a custom Potion vendor, as a reward for reaching top 20+, and it sells about 24-ish high-end pots, so you dont have to grind alchemy (which is slightly bugged out during leveling) up to 375 just for those pots. Syn has also promised if we reach the Top 15+ and retain that rank for a bit, we will be getting a Custom Mount Vendor, what mounts it will have, I don't know, but probably some of the unique ones, such as the death charger, and that jazz. He's also promised, at rank 10+, i belive its .5 tier vendors.
Aside from that, we have no custom vendors, such as Tier 6 vendors, on TBC server, however, the Fun/PVP server, we have, to my knowledge, t3 vendors, custom ring vendors, ammy vendors, ect, but i doubt thats what your here for, as this is posted under the BC 2.1.3 secion, not the fun server section =)

The server seems cool, 15x exp isn't too much or too little, how is the uptime on it?

I was thinking about rolling a priest, shadow until 70, then respeccing to full raid healing, so I require a good raiding server, but as you say the numbers should come back in time. What class do you think you guys need the most for an alliance character, if priest is the answer then I'm happy to go with that, otherwise I'll try and help you out by going a much needed class.

Uptime is 6 hours at a time, as the server restarts at 6, 12, 6 and 12 server time...tbh, i dont know what that is GMT or anything, if anyone wants to post that for me/him =D...however, if your in game, simply type /time and it will tell you the server time.

Tbh, we raid alot once when we have people on, I really don't see us needing any damage dealing classes, as we have god knows how many rogues already xD, we have enough people to tank, and whilest we do have a few very capable healers, they're usually being used up by their guild, for guild-raids, so i'd say going a priest would be a good idea =). Seeing as your alliance, if you want a guild *granted, i can invite horde to =D* feel free to whisper me in game, im the guild leader of the guild "The Stoppable Force" (Yes, we're named after the item xD) and ill throw you an invite =D

And...a jerk? I dont see you being a jerk, you posted on forums, you didnt insult the server at all, you just merely had some concerns about our player base, which, i agree, i was slightly worried yesterday, untill i realized school started almost everywhere =D
