Ekko (Ibackstabju) .appear w/o permission
In the rules for Q commands it clearly states

appearing to anyone without permission is not allowed.
Ekko, 70 undead donor warrior, used .appear to me without my permission. Please do something about this or change the rule 1.2 for Appear and Recall rules. Thankyou.
