both faction chat on NS

Will it be fixed? and if not i understand. i just want to know if its being worked on because some gms we cant talk to on other factions like earlier today Steeb was holding a 2v2 event and alliance could not whisper him or get a hold of him in chat (if they were to lazy to get on a horde character). but even by the time they made a horde character they would be too late. will it be fixed an will different faction GM whispering be fixed?

Well, I think it got removed, because people´s mostly just whined in it, but not so sure.
