although i do believe that stuff is better earned working hard for it, with rates up and drop rates not high enough to compensate i think implementing the tier vendors would help players out greatly while leveling to 70, or at least up the drop rate.

ill agree that the cost for items needs to be reworked, however the system you are using does need a few slight readjustments. For example i would keep the 150 copper price for T6 and season 3-4 gear and would work from that.
these are just my opinions though =D
