ISSUE #1 Drop rates call for gear
The tier 1-3 vendors were VERY useful. Drop rates are far too low for the 20x leveling rate. I get to 70 and still have some gear level 1-40. That IMO is horrible. I suggest installing Tier 1-3 vendors in Undercity and Ironfoge. These sets give a much needed boost to gear for the final 10 levels.
ISSUE #2 WaMMO copper exchange system
The issue here is that a low level epic costs the same as a high level epic. Maybe just keep the 70 epics at the current price but find a new system for lower level stuff. Stop posting stuff thats not even close to what the issue is about.
Although I love the idea of wammo copper, I think the system is a bit messed up. Level 39 epics cost the same as level 70 epics. Here is a chart I made for an ideal way of deciding cost of items using coppers. Find out what two rows the item fits under and add them together.
(This OFC is just a rough draft and may be kind of off balance if you get what I mean)
For items without level req, I suggest that the cost be at the Gm/Admins discretion.
