These rules change quite a bit. So what if a player has his PVP disabled and is attacked by the opposite faction. They do not retaliate and use their recall to get out of the zone would this be alright or abuse of their recall.

I thought the whole idea of disabling your PVP means you do not want to.

* You are not allowed to use the .recall function to port away from a fight or are being engaged in PvP

I guess it applies to rule 1

* You are not allowed to use the Wammo tabard flying carpet in any pvp enabled arena, wether you are stealthed or not ( The GMs can still see you )

IF NS\SB are full pvp servers then surely this means you cant use them outside the capitals then? Or does it mean the arena\battlegrounds?

just a quick 1 juat after i typed in to .recall someware and pressed enter i noticed that someone was attacking me (had sound turned down)
it was unitentional but not all recalls from fights are done to escape

I donated for the Wammo tabard a week ago. If you want to get the rules to some people, instead of the message you get with the tabard in the mail just being "thanks", why don't they put the tabard rules there, then you can copy it and have it in your backpack all the time or something. Soz if this idea has been made before.
